Garden doing well.
Have thoroughly weeded root veg. Beets doing very well but carrots and parsnips are putting on some growth.
Strawberries now heavily mulched with straw. Have watered only once but all appear to be thriving. Have been removing blossom and runners from the June bearers and also removing runners from Day Neutrals but now leaving blossom.
Have planted out all remaining tomatoes wherever I could find room.
Weather hot and humid. Horrible. Also the deer flies are out and very bothersome.
We have needed to water every day as no rain.
